Hearing this, many workers wept on the spot... You know, at that time don't say "destroy" things, the enterprise even open wages are very difficult! Moreover, in the era of shortage of materials, not to mention the genuine, even substandard products should be bought with tickets! Such "bad", everyone "distressed" ah! At the time, even haier's superior authorities could not accept it. But the director knows: if you release these products, there is no sense of quality! There is no appeasement to tell people that you can produce a refrigerator with defects, or the refrigerator will be smashed one day and the factory will be smashed the next.


      Another scene is that when the quality inspection department implements the routine inspection of "Daily events and daily cleaning", it finds that a screw is missing in one refrigerator, then it calls on the employees who have got off work to unpack all the 800 refrigerators. Finally, it is found that there is no problem with all the packed refrigerators, but there is an extra screw in the warehouse.


      After watching the whole video, all the people present said that they were deeply touched by haier's development from a small collective factory insolvent and on the verge of bankruptcy to one of the world's largest household appliance manufacturers. There is no shortcut to take, but only the quality and service win customers' reputation and trust.
