The company has shown a good development trend.

       In the past year, the group's traditional manufacturing industry has been developing steadily. Dongsheng printing and dyeing in the face of fierce competition from the industry from the internal, through the development of new products, strengthen internal management, efforts to reduce costs and increase efficiency, maintained a stable development throughout the year. Jinye environmental protection has made a historic breakthrough and successfully passed the national high-tech enterprise audit.

      The past year has seen the rapid growth of new industries. The HTR permeable membrane developed by bailisheng new material company has been well applied in the fresh air system industry, and the product has been sold, and has been applied in famous enterprises such as broad, lanshe, and has also entered the passive housing industry smoothly.

The first phase of 120,000 square meters of the building has been completely roofed, and the external wall decoration and off-site engineering construction are under way. Construction of the second phase of 80,000 square meters of scientific research and production plant will also start in August 2019, and earthwork excavation and basement construction are under way. The investment promotion work carried out simultaneously went smoothly, with 21 projects landing in the park.

Thinking about work in 2020

      The year 2020 will be a year for the country to realize a well-off society in an all-round way, and also a key year for the industrial transformation and development of dongsheng. In the New Year, the first phase of dongsheng huigu will be fully completed and put into operation, and new enterprises will start to run. The traditional manufacturing industry will continue to fight in the fierce market. Therefore, the work goal of the New Year is: the first phase of dongsheng huigu industrial innovation service complex will be completed and put into operation before the end of may, and the second phase will be completed before the end of the year. The occupancy rate of the space for attracting investment reached more than 85%, and more than 20 new technology industry projects were introduced. Around these goals, we must fight four tough battles:

      First, we will do a good job in engineering. Focus on the construction objectives, do a good job of phase I equipment installation, interior decoration, pipeline integration, off-site greening and other work. We will ensure the progress, quality, safety and civilization of the second phase of the project.

      Second, we need to do a good job in attracting investment. Focusing on the industrial positioning of dongsheng huigu new materials, medical devices, biological medicine and medical services, and the development positioning of incubation, acceleration and industrialization, the park highlights the ecological construction, in accordance with the concept of "sharing, co-operating and win-win", to do a good job in the introduction of talents and projects.

      The third is to play a good "quality improvement" battle. Set up the quality meaning correctly, from the market point of view of the product from the function, design, packaging to planning, production, sales for a comprehensive review and improvement, strive to make the product quality has a greater improvement.

      The fourth is to play a good marketing approach. Explore new marketing methods, make full use of Internet tools, combine product forms, find the right marketing channels and methods, and promote the increase of product sales and business.
