On the afternoon of November 16, the Dongsheng Industrial Party Branch held a seminar on learning and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party (hereinafter referred to as the "Plenary Session") in the Dongsheng Printing and Dyeing Conference Room.       This special seminar is based on the previous organization of communication learning and personal self-learning. It is another learning and discussion activity for all party members and cadres. The purpose is to further deepen the party members ’understanding of the plenary spirit and unify ideological actions to the central deployment requirements. Improve the ability and level of the company's reform and development.

      At the end of the meeting, the secretary Bao Huankang put forward three requirements: First, to improve political standing and learn to propagate and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party is an important political task at present and in the future. Integrate thoughts and actions into the spirit of the plenary, continuously enhance the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises, and strive to create a new situation in the reform, transformation and development of Dongsheng Industry; second, we must implement it well, seriously study the spirit of the plenary in accordance with the actual situation, and party members and cadres must take the lead in learning 2.
