On the afternoon of May 23, Anchang Street invited the head of the talent department of the District Party Committee, Mr. Wang Heng, to combine the three services to train the talent application business of Dongsheng Huigu, Fenghuangzhuang and Zhongchuang City in Dongsheng Huigu.

      At the training meeting, Chief Wang Heng first explained in detail the “Thousands of Provinces” declaration policy and related requirements, emphasized some key contents and time nodes, and carried out all-round and three-dimensionalization around the preparation and writing methods of relevant materials. Interpret the analysis from multiple angles, and also provide one-to-one guidance on corporate registered capital, team members, entrepreneurship, corporate qualifications and industry direction. Then, the operation of the “Management Program at Home and Abroad” in Shaoxing was trained.

      Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anchang Sub-district Yuan Xiao gave full affirmation to the talents of the enterprises in the parks, and required all enterprises in the park to timely arrange them. If they meet the requirements, they should declare and participate in the competitions or activities of entrepreneurial innovation in a timely manner. Streets communicate and exchange relevant information, and the streets will provide timely assistance.

      Finally, the park enterprises exchanged discussions with Mr. Wang Heng on their respective situations and current problems.

      Through this training, the relevant personnel of the park enterprises have basically mastered the relevant policies and reporting procedures for talent declaration in 2019, which has increased the importance of enterprises on talent work and laid the foundation for the cultivation of talent think tanks in the park.
