At 6:30 pm on November 19, 2018, Dongsheng Industrial Group Enterprise Management Training Course (Phase I) held an opening ceremony in the conference room on the first floor of Kebei Headquarters. Group Manager Bu Huankang made a mobilization speech.

         The training course was hosted by the Human Resources Department of the Group. The 43 trainees who participated in the training were all young backbone employees and newly recruited college students from various branches. The teachers of the training courses were provided by some deputy general managers and general managers and external experts of each branch. Composition, training class is once a week, once every 2 hours.

         The purpose of the training course is to better implement the business philosophy of "people-oriented, scientific management, sustainable development", make full use of the most valuable active resources of people, improve the management quality and management level of the young workers, and enhance the soft power of enterprises. To lay a good foundation for human resources for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
